The city of Bodrum is situated 7 miles from the island of Kos. Bodrum is the ancient Greek city Halicarnassus, where Herodotus was born. Today Bodrum is one of the most tourist places in Turkey and famous for its open ·air market and the long marine-harbor.

The boat takes 45 to 50 min. to arrive at Bodrum. Guests can have free time to go around for shopping, to visit the medieval castle, which is very near to the port, or the Mausoleum. The Mausoleum was the grave of the king Mausolos, the king of the ancient Halicarnassus. Mausoleum was considered to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

For the trip in Turkey we have to have the list with the passport details of the passengers from the day before. For one·day excursion in Turkey we do not get a stamp in the passports.
